We started with a stack of reviews from women who had given up on magnesium, and built the formula they kept describing.
Where it started
Generic magnesium was never made with women in mind.
Most magnesium on the shelf is a one-size-fits-all adult formula: cheapest available form, largest possible pill, a label padded with things nobody asked for. It was never designed around hormonal shifts, stress cycles, or the weeks of the month when a woman's body is asking for more.
So we spent months reading real reviews. Not studies, not marketing copy, but thousands of women describing, in their own words, exactly why they had stopped taking the bottle sitting in their cabinet.
